Tua only really started for Alabama as a sophomore, where he completed 245 of 355 passes (69%) for 3966 yards, 43 touchdowns, and 6 interceptions. Of course, if you remember, Tua actually replaced Jalen Hurts in the 2017 CFP championship and won Alabama the game after Hurts was pulled for poor play. As a junior he continued that pace, completing 71% of his passes for 2840 yards, 33 touchdowns, and only 3 interceptions. And that came in only 9 games (he played 15 in his sophomore outing with bowl games included).
