Mack was cut by the Chiefs on Monday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Analysis: Mack spent time on the Saints' and Steelers' practice squads during the 2019 regular season, and he'll now part ways with the Chiefs in order to make room for a slew of undrafted free agent signings. The Notre Dame product is still looking for an opportunity to make his NFL debut.
The Chiefs signed Mack to a reserve/future contract Thursday.
Analysis: Mack spent time on the Steelers' and Saints' practice squads during the regular season. He'll now get a chance to latch on as a depth option during the offseason in Kansas City.
Mack signed a contract Tuesday to join the Steelers' practice squad, Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
Analysis: The Saints drafted Mack in the seventh round this spring and he spent the first couple of weeks on the team's practice squad before being let go last week. The 22-year-old will now get a chance to make a name for himself in Pittsburgh, a team that could conceivably sign him to the active roster in the near future given the health status of starting tight end Vance McDonald (shoulder).
Mack went unclaimed on waivers and signed with New Orleans' practice squad Sunday, Amie Just of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
Analysis: The Saints originally selected Mack in the seventh round of this year's draft, but he was unable to survive the slew of roster cuts Saturday and was waived by the team. Mack has potential as a blocking tight end and will look to develop on the Saints' practice squad this season.
