Analysis: Truesdell has now been let go by the Jets twice in the last week and a half. This time, just two days after re-signing with the team, Truesdell was waived in order to create a roster spot for the signing of defensive back Marcus Cooper.
The Jets signed Truesdell on Saturday, Ethan Greenberg of the team's official site reports.
Analysis: Truesdell was cut by the team Tuesday, and was able to re-sign with the team days later. The 29-year-old spent time with the Vikings' practice squad last season, and will battle for a depth role heading into the 2019 season.
