Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's road tilt against the Detroit Lions. The second-year QB practiced in a limited fashion all week, but his status remains in the air for the team's Week 8 matchup. Levis sustained an AC joint sprain back in Week 4 before the team's bye and has not played since Tennessee's Week 6 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. If he can't suit up, quarterback Mason Rudolph will again lead the charge on offense for the Titans. Even if he can, the Kentucky alum would be in line for a tough task his first week back against a stout Lions defense. Levis won't be a recommended option, even in superflex and 2QB formats.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) was limited during Thursday's practice session. Levis continues to deal with an AC joint sprain that he suffered in Week 4. It's worth noting that the issue is on his throwing shoulder, which could explain his poor play in Week 6. Mason Rudolph started last week and was able to hold his own on the field. Rodolph threw for 215 yards with a touchdown and an interception in the loss to the Buffalo Bills. He'll likely start against the Detroit Lions this weekend, but won't be a recommended streaming option.

According to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) is an unlikely candidate to suit up for the team's Week 8 road tilt against the Detroit Lions. The second-year QB picked up an AC joint sprain in Tennessee's Week 4 victory over the Miami Dolphins and was able to suit up in their Week 6 loss to the Colts. However, Levis reaggravated his injury in practice last week, opening the door for teammate Mason Rudolph to get the start in Week 7. While head coach Bill Callahan has already reported that the Kentucky alum will remain the team's starter when he's healthy, it's more probable he will return to action in Week 9. The former second-round pick is recovering from a Grade 2 sprain.
Oct 23, 2024 10:30 AM EST
Tennessee Titans head coach Bill Callahan reiterated on Monday that quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) will be the team's starting QB when "he is back healthy." Levis was inactive for the Week 7 loss to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday after initially suffering an AC joint sprain in his right shoulder back in Week 4. The second-year signal-caller played in Week 6, but his shoulder didn't respond well in practice last week, paving the way for Mason Rudolph to make his first start of the year this past Sunday. The Titans are listing Levis as week-to-week heading into a Week 8 contest against the Detroit Lions, so it's possible he'll miss a second straight game. "It just needs rest," Callahan said. Tennessee's offense has been pretty bad with both Levis and Rudolph under center this year. Fantasy managers in single-QB leagues can continue to ignore this situation.

Tennessee Titans head coach Brian Callahan said that quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) is week-to-week as he continues to deal with an AC sprain in his right shoulder that he suffered in Week 4 against the Miami Dolphins. The Titans didn't inform backup Mason Rudolph that he was starting in Week 7 against the Buffalo Bills until a day before the game on Saturday. Ultimately, Levis' shoulder didn't respond well to a full practice last Thursday, so Callahan made the decision to sit him this Sunday. The only way for AC joint injuries to heal is with proper rest, so there's a realistic chance Levis will miss a second straight game in Week 8 versus the Detroit Lions. The offense sputtered under Rudolph against Buffalo, as he went 25-for-40 for 215 yards, one TD and an interception in a 34-10 loss. At best, Rudolph will be a low-end QB2 in superflex leagues against Detroit if he makes another start.
Oct 21, 2024 1:40 PM EST
Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) has been ruled out ahead of the Week 7 matchup against the Buffalo Bills. It was recently revealed that Levis has been playing through a Grade 2 AC joint sprain in his throwing shoulder. That could explain why Levis has been playing so poorly lately. This type of injury could result in a multiple game absence for Levis. For now, Levis will miss one game and Mason Rudolph will take over under center this weekend. Rudolph won't be a recommended streaming option against the tough Bills defense.
Oct 19, 2024 7:00 PM EST
Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game with a shoulder injury. Levis logged a limited practice on Wednesday and upgraded to full participation on Thursday. However, he was listed once again as limited participation on Friday, which caused him to carry an injury designation. Fantasy managers in superflex formats should continue to monitor his status over the weekend, but seeing him at least log one full participation is a positive sign. If Levis cannot play, Mason Rudolph would get the starting nod. Both quarterbacks should be viewed as low-end QB2s and only started in deep superflex formats.
Oct 18, 2024 4:51 PM EST
Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) was able to get through a full practice session on Thursday. He was limited to open the week, but that doesn't seem to be cause for concern. It looks like Levis should be fully ready to go for the Week 7 matchup against the Buffalo Bills. It has been a less than ideal start to the season for Levis. He threw for less than 100 yards last week and has seven interceptions on the season. Fantasy managers in dynasty leagues should hold Levis and hope for better days to come. Everyone else should look for a better option at QB because Levis isn't a viable fantasy option to be started in any formats right now.
Oct 17, 2024 9:55 PM EST
Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (right shoulder) was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday. The 25-year-old looks like he'll be healthy enough to play against the Buffalo Bills in Week 7, but that doesn't mean a whole lot for fantasy managers or Titans fans. Levis has been one of the worst starting quarterbacks in the NFL this season, completing 66.4 percent of his passes for 699 yards, five touchdowns, and seven interceptions. He has also taken 15 sacks, lost three fumbles, and repeatedly demonstrated poor decision-making. Fantasy managers should continue to avoid Levis in most formats.
Oct 17, 2024 12:52 AM EST
Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis went 16-of-27 for a mere 95 yards, with one touchdown and one interception in a 20-17 home loss vs. Indianapolis on Sunday. Coming off of a bye at home against one of the league's worst pass defenses, there was a bit of optimism that Levis would be able to get going in this one, but it was quite the opposite. Conservative play calling and poor overall play doomed this offense yet again, as Levis registered a 3.5 yards per attempt on the afternoon, the worst mark of his career. What's even more disappointing about the performance is that Levis faced pressure at a season-low rate, was not sacked once in the game, and still could not reach 100 yards passing against a bottom-five defensive unit. This offense may have just hit rock bottom, and because of that, no one can be trusted for fantasy right now outside of Tony Pollard. Up next is a tough road test in Buffalo next week.
Oct 14, 2024 10:34 AM EST
Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) will make the start under center during the upcoming Week 6 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. Levis has been dealing with a shoulder injury that forced him to exit early in Week 4. He appears to be good to go after the Titans' bye in Week 5. Levis has struggled with six interceptions and three fumbles through four games this season. It appears the organization is sticking with him despite his early struggles. He'll get a favorable matchup against the Colts defense, but Levis still isn't anything more than a low-end QB2 in fantasy lineups.
Oct 11, 2024 2:38 PM EST
Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (right shoulder) was a full participant during practice on Wednesday. The young signal-caller injured himself back in Week 4 against the Miami Dolphins, but a conveniently placed Week 5 bye allowed him to get healthy in time for the Titans' upcoming game against Indianapolis. The 25-year-old has been a turnover machine this year, logging six interceptions, three lost fumbles, and just four passing touchdowns so far. He should be avoided in fantasy football, ranking outside the top 24 fantasy quarterbacks.
Oct 10, 2024 12:59 AM EST
Tennessee Titans head coach Brian Callahan said that quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) likely won't practice on Monday, but he expects the young signal-caller to return to his practice routine later in the week. Levis is "improving" and is better than he was after last Monday's win over the Miami Dolphins. The 25-year-old suffered a right AC-joint sprain in his throwing shoulder in Week 4. He was relieved by Mason Rudolph, who stayed in for the remainder of the game and led the team to an easy win over Miami. It sounds like Levis should have a chance to play in Week 6 against the division-rival Indianapolis Colts coming out of the bye week, but nothing is official as of right now. The Titans said last week that Levis remains their starting QB as long as he's healthy, but he could be on a short leash moving forward after leading the league with six interceptions through his first four games.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) is expected to get back on the field and suit up for the Week 6 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. Levis suffered an AC joint sprain in his shoulder during the Week 4 matchup against the Miami Dolphins. Luckily, the injury is not considered long term and Levis should be ready to play following the team's bye week. Head coach Brian Callahan has already confirmed that Levis is 100 percent the starter, so now it's just about getting him healthy. The young signal-caller has struggled early on with four touchdowns and six interceptions through four games. However, it appears the Titans are going to stick with Levis and he should be ready to go next week.
Oct 3, 2024 9:21 PM EST
Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) has a bye week to recover from his shoulder injury and should be able to return to the field as the team's starter in Week 6 according to a report from NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Titans head coach Brian Callahan has said that Levis will remain the starter when healthy and Rapoport says that should be the case following the team's bye week. Levis hurt his shoulder early in the Monday night game against the Dolphins and the team turned to Mason Rudolph who led them to a win. So far this season, Levis ranks as the QB31 so he should not be on the fantasy radar even upon a return. He still has some potential in dynasty leagues but should not be counted on in one-quarterback leagues this season.
Oct 2, 2024 9:13 AM EST
Tennessee Titans head coach Brian Callahan stated that if Will Levis is healthy, he will be the starting quarterback without question. Levis seemed to sustain an injury while scrambling for yardage during Tennessee's second drive. He was seen grimacing on the "Monday Night Football" broadcast as he threw on the sideline midway through the first quarter. When the Titans regained possession with 4:14 left in the quarter, backup Mason Rudolph took over. Prior to his exit, Levis had completed three of four passes but had also thrown an interception.
Oct 1, 2024 6:06 AM EST
Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) suffered a right-shoulder injury in the first quarter of Monday night's game against the Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium and is questionable to return. Levis was injured after scrambling and landing on his shoulder and was seen on the sidelines being looked at before being replaced by backup Mason Rudolph. Before leaving, Levis went 3-for-4 for 25 yards and a bad interception. Rudolph proceeded to lead the Titans on two field-goal drives to take the lead in the game after replacing Levis under center. The 25-year-old Levis appeared to be trying to re-enter the game, but head coach Brian Callahan is going to stick with Rudolph for now. If Rudolph leads Tennessee to a win and plays well, the Titans could stick with him through their bye in Week 5 given how poorly Levis has played early in 2024.
Sep 30, 2024 8:27 PM EST
Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis faces the Miami Dolphins in a Week 4 Monday Night Football road showdown. Levis has been on the front page of every NFL meme account due to his not-top ten plays through the first three games of the year. The young quarterback has seen pressure at one of the highest rates in the NFL which has made moving the ball downfield very difficult for this Titans' offense. On the road against a formidable defense with the lowest over/under on the Week is not a good spot for Levis to bounce back. While he did throw for a career high 327 yards last year in an almost identical spot last season, Levis cannot be trusted in any formats as the QB28 through three weeks.
Sep 27, 2024 4:22 PM EST
Tennessee Titans head coach Brian Callahan re-affirmed his commitment to Will Levis as the team's starting quarterback ahead of Week 4, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. Levis' poor play and poor decision-making have been a major factor in the Titans' 0-3 start, but the organization is still holding out hope that the former second-round pick can turn things around. Through three games so far, Levis has 579 passing yards, four touchdowns, and five interceptions. He also has 86 rushing yards, 15 sacks, and three lost fumbles. Outside of the moderate rushing production, these are abysmal numbers from the 25-year-old. Perhaps he'll be able to bounce back next week against a declining Miami Dolphins team that is dealing with major offensive struggles amidst injuries to Tua Tagovailoa (concussion), Skylar Thompson (rib), and Raheem Mostert (chest).
Sep 23, 2024 12:32 AM EST
Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis completed 24-of-36 passes for 260 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions, also losing a fumble against Green Bay. It was another struggle of an afternoon for the young quarterback, who had his second three turnover game to start the season. Levis was constantly under pressure for the third straight week, which led to eight Sacks by the Packers. The only promising takeaway from this game was that Levis hit his third highest yardage total of his young career, but the Titans offense continues to look ineffective with him at the helm. The 25-year-old is simply too turnover prone to trust in fantasy right now, even in 2QB leagues. Levis will look to get his first win of the 2024 season next Monday against Miami.
