When searching for the next breakout player - what do you look for? Do you target second-year wide receivers? A rookie who landed in a great spot post-draft? Perhaps a player returning from an injury who could exceed expectations? They’re not easy to find and there isn’t one set formula to find one, but for QBs, you generally want to look for a dual-threat player who can generate a throwing touchdown’s equivalent (or more) in rushing yards alone per game. For non-QB players, you want some kind of path to touches and targets. The more volume we have in a PPR league, the better.
