COVID Spreads
If you followed along during the week, you probably saw headlines that players/coaches from the Patriots, Jaguars, Eagles, Colts, Falcons, and Ravens all had either positive test results or placed players on the COVID-19 IR. That doesn’t necessarily mean the player tests positive, but usually means the player was in close contact with someone who tested positive.
The Colts escaped the week with 0 cases after a few false positives, but the rest of the teams had to handle their cases per the NFL protocol. The Jaguars placed 12 of their 16 practice squad members on the COVID list, so if you are good at football now is your chance to land on a practice squad!
All other teams worked remotely until they got the all-clear, and no games had to be rescheduled after Sunday, and Monday morning results came back all negative.
