COVID Update
As I said above, more than half of teams saw a COVID positive test result, but thankfully no games were rescheduled or postponed.
The Packers and 49ers game was played with a lot of backups after A.J Dillon, Jamaal Williams, Kendrick Bourne, Brandon Aiyuk, and others tested positive or were close to positive players.
Browns’ QB Baker Mayfield went on the COVID-19 list after coming into contact with someone who tested positive, however, the Browns were on Bye so there shouldn’t be much of an issue with having the QB back on the field in Week 10.
It’s gotten to a point where the NFL has added some extra protocols, such as wearing masks after the game to prevent spread between teams. This may just get worse before it gets better.
