Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones and wide receiver Christian Watson said they were effectively on a snap count in their first game back on Thursday night in the 34-20 loss to the Detroit Lions. Jones had just five carries for 18 yards and caught one of two targets for a four-yard loss, while Watson hauled in two of his four targets for 25 yards, saving his fantasy day with a wide-open touchdown. Jones was making his first appearance since Week 1, while Thursday night's game was the first of the year for Watson, so fantasy managers shouldn't have been all that surprised that both players didn't play a big part, especially in a game that was never really close all night. Expect more involvement from both in next week's game on Monday night against the Las Vegas Raiders.

New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson rushed for just 30 yards on 14 carries against the Cowboys on Sunday evening. He also hauled in two of three targets for an additional 10 yards through the air. The Patriots lost by a score of 38-3, falling to 1-3 on the season. Stevenson's relative struggles were the product of an ugly game that saw Mac Jones get benched in the second half. With that said, the Patriots face the Saints next week, which could be a bit more favorable. Stevenson should be treated as a low-end fantasy RB2.
