Aaron Jones Sr. News

Aaron Jones Sr. Listed as DNP on Wednesday

Wednesday, November 5, 5:40 PM

Minnesota Vikings running back Aaron Jones Sr. (shoulder, toe) is dealing with multiple injuries and was unable to practice on Wednesday. In addition to an AC joint sprain in his right shoulder that he suffered in the Week 9 win against the Detroit Lions, Jones is dealing with a toe issue that leaves his availability up in the air for this Sunday's home tilt versus the visiting Baltimore Ravens. The 30-year-old veteran is truly questionable as of right now, and he'll likely need to get back on the practice field on either Thursday or Friday to avoid being ruled out in Week 10. If Jones is limited at all or out entirely this weekend, Jordan Mason would see the lion's share of backfield work and would elevate to RB2 status in fantasy football. Jones has only played in four games so far in 2025 due to injuries and has yet to find the end zone as a runner, although he is averaging 5.1 yards per carry on his 27 rushing attempts.

Jalen Hurts News

Jalen Hurts Matches Career High with Four Touchdown Passes in Week 8

Sunday, October 26, 9:30 PM

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts led his team to a 38-20 Week 8 victory over the New York Giants by completing 15 of 20 pass attempts for 179 yards, four touchdowns, and zero interceptions. The 27-year-old has now thrown for 1,677 yards, 15 touchdowns, and one interception through his first eight games of 2025. Hurts' production as a passer was critical because he was held under 25 yards rushing for the fourth straight game in Week 8. Hurts has also scored just one rushing touchdown over the last five weeks after scoring four across the first three. Given that Philadelphia typically operates in a run-heavy fashion, Hurts will likely need to be better as a rusher going forward to provide elite fantasy production. Still, he remains a must-start fantasy quarterback as the Eagles hit their Week 9 bye.
