Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown (wrist) practiced in full on Thursday after missing the team's Wednesday practice due to a wrist injury. The 25-year-old appears to be trending towards being available to play in Week 6 against the Kansas City Chiefs. St. Brown is the unquestioned number one option in the passing game for Detroit with 35 catches for 407 yards and six touchdowns on 41 targets through five games this season. If things were to reverse course and St. Brown were to miss time, Lions wideouts Jameson Williams and Isaac TeSlaa would likely see an uptick in target share, as would tight end Sam LaPorta and running back Jahmyr Gibbs. Assuming St. Brown can play on Sunday, he profiles as a must-start fantasy wide receiver in Week 6 against Kansas City.

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs turned in his best game of the season in a Week 5 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. Downs caught six of his eight targets for a season-high 54 yards in a 40-6 blowout win on Sunday. The veteran wideout has been quiet to start the season, but he will hope his performance is a springboard to a larger role going forward. Downs will now prepare to host the Arizona Cardinals in Week 6. The Cardinals are allowing just the 20th-most fantasy points per game this year, but Downs should stay involved with Alec Pierce (concussion) expected to miss a third-straight game. Downs sets up as a WR5/flex option heading into Week 6.
