Los Angeles Chargers running back Austin Ekeler didn't do much in a Week 12 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. He ran the ball 10 times, gaining 32 yards with a long play of just six yards. He added five catches on six targets, gaining another 32 yards through the air. The Chargers offense as a whole struggled against an outstanding Ravens defense, but it was still disappointing to see Ekeler be unable to get anything going. He also lost a critical fumble in a game where the Chargers, who had been excellent at protecting the ball, turned it over four times. Next week against the Patriots should be a better offensive game for the Bolts.

New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley barely topped 50 total yards in the team's 10-7 victory over the New England Patriots in Week 12. New York's offensive star received 12 carries for 46 yards and caught one pass for 6 yards. Barkley's 13 touches were his fewest of the 2023 season. There was not a lot of offensive production to go around on either side of this matchup. The Giants totaled just 220 yards. Barkley will remain an RB1 when the Giants host the Green Bay Packers following their bye week.
