Baker Mayfield Resumes QB1 Status For Week 10

Friday, November 7, 4:47 PM

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield was off to an excellent start to the season, but has been held in check lately. In Week 8, Mayfield completed 15-of-24 passing attempts for 152 yards with zero touchdowns and zero interceptions in the win over the New Orleans Saints. He has been banged up lately, but is hopefully close to 100 percent healthy after the bye last week. The hope is that Mayfield will be able to get back to his QB1 ways against the New England Patriots in Week 10. The Bucs are limited with offensive weapons, but that hasn't stopped Mayfield before. Fantasy managers should plug in Mayfield as a QB1 for this weekend.

Bryce Young News

Bryce Young Might Bounce Back with Decent Week 10 Matchup

Saturday, November 8, 1:24 AM

Bryce Young logged his worst fantasy performance of the 2025 season last week. The third-year quarterback registered only 4.0 fantasy points and did not record any passing touchdowns for the first time since Week 3. In Week 10, Young is in line to bounce back with a potentially decent outing against one of the worst teams in the league, the 1-8 Saints. This season, New Orleans ranks 21st in Fantasy Points Per Game allowed to QBs. Last week, the New Orleans pass defense gave up a season-high 281 passing yards and four TD passes to Rams QB Matthew Stafford. Fantasy players who roster Young in deeper superflex leagues can consider starting him against the Saints as a low-end QB2 if they need a lineup plug-in. If Tetairoa McMillan (hamstring) does not play, though, Young may only post adequate totals at best.
