Roethlisberger announced Thursday via his personal Twitter account that he has retired after 18 seasons in the NFL.

New York Jets offensive coordinator Tanner Engstrand notes that the team's offensive game plan won't change "much at all," with quarterback Tyrod Taylor manning the helm. "It's very comforting as a coach," Engstrand said, regarding having a backup of the veteran's caliber.
