Philadelphia Eagles running back Boston Scott (concussion) and wide receiver Quez Watkins (hamstring) have been ruled out ahead of Week 3 versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Scott had reportedly cleared concussion protocol, but he still practiced in a limited capacity on Saturday and evidently wasn't going to be ready in time for kickoff. Philadelphia's backfield will feature D'Andre Swift, Kenneth Gainwell, and Rashaad Penny on Monday night. Watkins, on the other hand, did not practice at all this week. Olamide Zaccheaus will operate as the Eagles' No. 3 receiver in his absence.

Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard carried the ball twice for 16 yards and added five catches for 34 yards in a 20-17 loss to the New Orleans Saints in Week 2. Hubbard continues to look more dangerous than Miles Sanders when he gets the ball and wound up finishing second on the team in catches and yards in the loss. While Hubbard will continue to split opportunities with Sanders, he is establishing himself as a decent flex option in most weeks. He will face the Seattle Seahawks on the road in Week 3.
