Philadelphia Eagles running back Boston Scott (concussion) and wide receiver Quez Watkins (hamstring) have been ruled out ahead of Week 3 versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Scott had reportedly cleared concussion protocol, but he still practiced in a limited capacity on Saturday and evidently wasn't going to be ready in time for kickoff. Philadelphia's backfield will feature D'Andre Swift, Kenneth Gainwell, and Rashaad Penny on Monday night. Watkins, on the other hand, did not practice at all this week. Olamide Zaccheaus will operate as the Eagles' No. 3 receiver in his absence.

Los Angeles Chargers running back Joshua Kelley was disappointing again in a Week 3 win over the Minnesota Vikings. Kelley got the start over Austin Ekeler (ankle) who was forced to miss another game with the injury he suffered at the end of Week 1. Kelley ran the ball 11 times, gaining a total of just 12 yards. He caught one pass for five yards on his only target. Kelley's longest run was a four yard gain, and he averaged just over one yard per carry. Luckily for the Chargers, they were able to throw the ball at will against the Vikings zone defense. Kelley's best contribution to the Chargers offense has been showing just how valuable Ekeler is when he's on the field.
