New York Jets running back Breece Hall (knee) was listed as a full practice participant on Thursday for the first time this year. The Jets have been easing Hall back in ever since he tore his ACL in his rookie year in 2022, but he hasn't missed any games yet in 2023. The further the season goes, the healthier the 22-year-old should get, allowing the Jets to increase his workload in both practices and games. Dalvin Cook isn't just going to go away, though, and coupled with New York's sluggish offense under quarterback Zach Wilson, Hall's fantasy ceiling and floor have suffered. The good news is Hall should continue to see more playing time, but he faces another tough matchup this Sunday night against the visiting Kansas City Chiefs.

Chicago Bears running back Khalil Herbert made easy work of the Denver Broncos defense in Week 4. Before the game, the expectation was that Roschon Johnson was going to see a majority of the carries. However, that wasn't the case during Sunday's contest. Herbert rushed 18 times for 103 yards, while hauling in four receptions for 19 yards and a touchdown in the loss. This was an odd outburst in usage for Herbert who saw only 14 carries combined during the past two games. It remains to be seen what kind of role he'll have in the Week 5 matchup against the Washington Commanders. Herbert will be a low-end flex option for that contest.
