Chase Brown Goes for Over 100 Rushing Yards in Win Over Steelers

Friday, October 17, 9:26 AM

Cincinnati Bengals running back Chase Brown had 11 carries for 108 yards and added two catches for -8 yards on Thursday night against the Steelers. It was the most productive game of the season for Brown as he went over 100 rushing yards for the first time since Week 9 of last season. Coming into the game, he had just 304 total yards from scrimmage and one touchdown in six games. But he was able to find plenty of running room against a Pittsburgh defense that had been tough against opposing running backs. His snap share also rebounded to 63.2% in this one after being closer to 50% in the previous two games. Hopefully, this signals better days ahead for Brown as the Cincinnati offense is trending in the right direction with Joe Flacco under center.

Keon Coleman Seriously Slumping Coming Out of the Bye

Tuesday, October 21, 7:41 PM

Since Buffalo Bills second-year wide receiver Keon Coleman had an eight-catch, 112-yard, one-touchdown performance in the season opener against the Baltimore Ravens, he has 16 catches for 125 yards and one touchdown on 24 targets in five games. He was benched at the start of the Week 5 loss to the New England Patriots for disciplinary reasons and has seven grabs for only 34 yards and a touchdown in the last two games. During the bye last week, Coleman tweeted "Say Less" with a handshake emoji, but deleted it almost immediately. It's unclear what exactly the 22-year-old meant by it, but fantasy managers are just wondering if he'll be able to turn it around in Week 8 against the Carolina Panthers. Coleman hasn't shown much chemistry with quarterback Josh Allen, and it wasn't a good sign that he couldn't make an impact in Week 6 with tight end Dalton Kincaid and receiver Curtis Samuel out due to injuries. Maybe the Bills will force the issue with Coleman coming out of their bye, but it's hard to recommend him as a flex play against a Carolina defense that has been stingy against opposing receivers in terms of fantasy points this year.
