This move comes after veteran wideout Zay Jones was reinstated from his five-game suspension for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy. Moore entered the NFL in 2016 with the Baltimore Ravens and has played in games for the Ravens, Houston Texans, and Tennessee Titans.
