San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Christian Kirk (calf) has been activated from the Injured Reserve ahead of the Week 7 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons. Kirk has been sidelined since suffering a calf injury during training camp in late July. He's set to make his season debut this weekend after missing the first six games of the regular season. Kirk could immediately become a top target with Mike Evans (ribs, Achilles) and Deebo Samuel Sr. (hamstring) both ruled out. The veteran wideout might end up becoming the top target in the offense during his first game back in the mix. Fantasy managers in deep leagues looking for a possible flex option should consider adding Kirk.

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Ke'Shawn Williams secured both of his targets for 55 yards and a touchdown in a 31-25 preseason win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. The undrafted rookie made a statement on Saturday night as a go-to downfield weapon for quarterback Skylar Thompson. He managed to come down with a heavily contested 26-yard deep ball in the endzone that gave the Steelers a two-possession lead in the fourth quarter. Williams is far from a guarantee to make the 53-man roster, but there aren't many proven options ahead of him in Pittsburgh's wide receiver corps. He'll look to further establish himself throughout the preseason, with his next opportunity coming against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
