Colby Parkinson Worth Stashing After Increased Involvement

Los Angeles Rams tight end Colby Parkinson has caught 10 of 12 targets for 79 yards and a touchdown over his last two games, making him an intriguing pickup in deeper leagues. Parkinson managed just four receptions for 24 yards in his first four appearances this season, but his recent involvement is encouraging. With Davante Adams (hamstring) on injured reserve, Parkinson could continue seeing additional opportunities. However, Tyler Higbee remains involved, and Davis Allen caught two touchdowns in Week 7. Currently ranked TE22 by RotoBaller for Week 8 against the Chargers, Parkinson is worth stashing, although the crowded tight end rotation makes him a risky starter.

Gunnar Helm a Tough Play in Week 7

Tennessee Titans tight end Gunnar Helm remains a questionable option for fantasy managers and should stay on the bench in Week 7. Helm wasn't targeted in Week 6 and has failed to record a reception in his last two games. He has just one reception in his last three games and has recorded more than two receptions in just one game this season, a Week 1 win over the New York Jets. Along with his limited usage, he is averaging a slim 6.7 yards per reception and has yet to find the end zone in 2026. In Week 7, the Titans take on the Cleveland Browns, who allowed Baltimore Ravens tight end Josh Cuevas to haul in four receptions for 44 yards and a touchdown last week.
