Los Angeles Rams tight end Colby Parkinson (shoulder) is officially active for Sunday's contest against the Philadelphia Eagles. However, rookie tight end Terrance Ferguson is a healthy scratch. Parkinson carried a questionable tag following Friday's practice after logging three straight limited sessions. However, the 26-year-old was able to turn the corner. Parkinson was unable to play in Week 2 but operated as the team's No. 2 tight end in the season opener. In this contest, Parkinson caught both of his targets for -6 yards.
