Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton continues to take a backseat to counterpart Troy Franklin in Thursday's 10-7 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. Sutton was actually third in line for targets and total receiving yards on the night, ending with just three catches on four targets for 24 yards, and zero touchdowns. For the record, quarterback Bo Nix seemed to have a rough outing against the Raiders and only provided 150 passing yards and one touchdown on the night. He will continue to be on the field for most offensive plays and should have more opportunities when the offense is in a better rhythm. Sutton will look to rebound in a highly anticipated matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 11.

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's divisional matchup against the Houston Texans, per Adam Schefter of ESPN. Thomas suffered a low-grade high-ankle sprain in Jacksonville's Week 9 win over the Raiders, where he caught three of five targets for 55 yards. There was some optimism that Thomas would be able to suit up in Week 10, but the second-year wideout was unable to practice this week and could need a week or two to fully recover. The Jaguars are running thin at the wide receiver position with Thomas out and first-round rookie Travis Hunter (knee) on Injured Reserve. Recent trade acquisition Jakobi Meyers, along with Parker Washington, are likely to lead Jacksonville's passing game in a tough matchup against a stout Houston Texans defense in Week 10.
