Dallas Goedert News
Friday, August 21, 6:10 PM
Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert "had a good day" during the team's joint practice with the New England Patriots on Thursday, according to Zach Berman of The Athletic. Berman writes that as long as Goedert stays healthy, he will "be one of (Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts') top targets." Across 15 games in 2025, Goedert recorded 60 catches for 591 yards and 11 touchdowns on 82 targets. Goedert recorded just 24 total touchdown catches across his first seven NFL seasons going into 2025, so his spike in red zone production last season was a surprise and may not be fully sustainable in 2026. However, the Eagles lost a significant portion of their receiving production over the offseason by trading away wideout A.J. Brown. While the team added talent at wide receiver to replace Brown, Goedert has more established chemistry with Hurts than any Philadelphia pass-catcher outside of wide receiver DeVonta Smith. Heading into 2026, fantasy managers should view Goedert as a low-end TE1 option.

Greg Dulcich News
Saturday, August 22, 10:21 AM
Miami Dolphins tight end Greg Dulcich has enough going his way to be worth another look in redraft leagues. He was quiet for most of 2025, then finally found something late. Over Miami's last five games, Dulcich caught 16 of 18 targets for 222 yards and a touchdown. The Dolphins brought him back in March, and he entered camp leading a rebuilt tight end room. There is more room for targets now, too. Tyreek Hill was released in February and Jaylen Waddle was traded to Denver a month later, leaving Miami without either of its top veteran wideouts from last season. Dulcich has stayed involved with Malik Willis, including a 30-yard completion during practice on August 17. It is not a completely clean setup. Miami used a third-round pick on Will Kacmarek, and Dulcich has never played more than 10 games in an NFL season. Still, the late-2025 production was real and the path to touches is better than it was a year ago. RotoBaller has Dulcich at TE26 and 211th overall in its latest PPR rankings. If you wait on tight end, he is at least worth a swing that late.
