In what projects to be another run-heavy offense under John Harbaugh and Matt Nagy, Mooney already faced an uphill climb to reestablishing fantasy value, but with his situation now considerably murkier than it was at the time of his signing, the undersized 28-year-old has fallen to RotoBaller's dynasty WR98.
