Adams missed his team's final three games of the regular season after suffering a hamstring injury in Week 15. The 33-year-old was a huge part of the Rams offense this season when healthy, recording 60 receptions for 789 yards and 14 touchdowns on 114 targets. He recorded four games with multiple touchdowns this season and had more outings with a touchdown grab (nine) than without (five).
