Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Davante Adams will operate as the team's primary option in the passing game during Sunday's Week 7 contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Teammate Puka Nacua (ankle) has been ruled out, which has vaulted Adams to the top of the depth chart. Adams should have no trouble handling the responsibilities of a No. 1 receiver, as he occupied that role with great success in Green Bay, Las Vegas, and New York. The increase in opportunities this week could actually be much-needed for Adams, as he previously has struggled to develop a very consistent rapport with Matthew Stafford. The receiver has caught just 47.3 percent of the passes Stafford has thrown his way, but that ratio could increase with Adams handling WR1 duties. In addition to being the WR1 in Los Angeles, Adams should sneak into the low-end WR1 tier for fantasy football. He's a must-start receiver against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who have allowed the eighth-most fantasy points to wide receivers in 2025.
