Should I Start David Blough?

Arizona Cardinals quarterback David Blough rallied the team to an 18-17 comeback victory against the Minnesota Vikings on Saturday. Blough completed 11-for-22 pass attempts with 93 yards and one touchdown while rushing for another score.
