Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins caught just three passes for 48 yards on seven targets in the Week 3 blowout loss to the Cleveland Browns. The former Pro Bowler continues to be Ryan Tannehill's favorite target, but that doesn't mean it'll add up to a ton of fantasy points in the putrid Titans' offense. The 31-year-old is the only pass-catcher on the fantasy radar for Tennessee, but his floor is low, and his ceiling is limited. It'll likely stay that way for the majority of 2023.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba was targeted five times in Week 1 and six times in Week 2, but he is not yet threatening the workloads of DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett. The 21-year-old has only been on the field for 58% of snaps and the targets he has seen are at an average depth of just 1.9 yards. In Week 3 against the Panthers, Smith-Njigba will line up against Jimmy Chinn or Troy Hill, who have managed most of the slot corner snaps for Carolina in the first two weeks of the season. Smith-Njigba is definitely worth holding but the only reason to start him in Week 3 is if Metcalf (ribs) is ruled out.
