Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins caught four of his six targets for 63 yards in the 27-3 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. The 31-year-old nearly caught a long touchdown from Ryan Tannehill and was stopped just short of another touchdown, so he was close to producing a big fantasy day. Tennessee's offense has posted two promising offensive showings and two horrific performances, so it's tough to know what to expect. That said, Hopkins has real upside next week against the Indianapolis Colts, who allowed the seventh-most fantasy points to wideouts through the first three weeks of the season.

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. is coming off another strong performance in Week 3, in which he caught nine passes for 77 yards. Pittman Jr. has been the No. 1 option in this Colts passing attack, receiving over ten targets a week in each of his first three games. The third-year-receiver will face the Los Angeles Rams in Week 4, a secondary that has allowed an average of only 181 passing yards this season, good for seventh best in the league. Despite the tougher matchup, Pittman Jr.'s target share sets him up as a solid PPR WR2 option with a slightly lower ceiling than in previous weeks.
