New Orleans Saints quarterback Derek Carr (shoulder) quickly returned from the injury he suffered last week to start against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 4. New Orleans fell 26-9 to their divisional rival, and Carr struggled in the loss. The veteran completed 23-of-37 passes for 127 yards with no touchdowns and no interceptions. He did not look completely healthy and the offense looked stagnant against a tough Tampa defense. Carr will look to bounce back in Week 5 against a hot Houston Texans team.

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Joshua Dobbs completed 28 of 41 passes for 265 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 35-16 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. He also added 48 rushing yards on 12 carries. Dobbs was able to keep his team in the game for a while against a stout San Francisco defense, but it wasn't enough in the Week 4 blowout. In the third quarter, his two touchdown strikes to rookie wide receiver Michael Wilson helped make it a one-possession game but by then it was too little too late. With Kyler Murray (knee) not expected back for the foreseeable future, Dobbs will look to put this one behind him when the Cincinnati Bengals come to town in Week 5.
