Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell surprisingly led the team in receiving yards (76) while catching all three of his targets in the 37-14 blowout win over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. It was a nice bounce-back performance after he caught just one pass for 17 yards in the Week 11 win over the Seattle Seahawks. Cooper Kupp and rookie Puka Nacua were targeted a combined 13 times, but they managed just seven receptions for 45 yards and no touchdowns in Week 12. The 24-year-old Atwell will continue to see looks as LA's No. 3 wideout, but he's going to need to make big plays down the field like he did this Sunday to capitalize for fantasy managers in deeper leagues. Kupp tweaked his ankle and didn't look 100% against Arizona, so if his injury continues to slow him down, Atwell could benefit.

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell's fantasy value has been greatly damaged since the return of Cooper Kupp. After a hot start to the season, Atwell is averaging just two catches and 20 yards per game since Week 5. The speedy receiver out of Louisville is still playing a large majority of the team's snaps but isn't nearly receiving the targets that Kupp and Puka Nacua are. Atwell should only be considered for deep leagues and as a low-end flex play in his Week 11 matchup with the Seattle Seahawks.
Nov 19, 2023 12:41 AM EST
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell had his third straight game with 30 yards or less in the team's Week 6 win against the Arizona Cardinals. The 24-year-old caught his lone target for 30 yards. His production was heavily impacted by the game script, as the team only attempted 24 total passes. Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua continue to be Matthew Stafford's favorite targets, making Atwell a risk weekly. He should be treated as a low-end WR4/flex play in the team's Week 7 matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Oct 15, 2023 9:32 PM EST
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell has a significantly lower ceiling with Cooper Kupp back and healthy. The third-year receiver had his fewest targets, catches, and yards of the season in Kupp's first game. However, Atwell did still play in 89% of offensive snaps and caught a touchdown pass. It's evident that the large majority of the team's targets will go to Kupp and Puka Nacua, but Atwell still has a relatively high floor considering his role. He should be treated as a low-end WR3/flex in his Week 6 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals.
Oct 15, 2023 3:45 AM EST
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell has exceeded all expectations with Cooper Kupp (hamstring) out. Atwell has been an integral part of the team's offense but his usage could significantly drop with Kupp back in the lineup. However, the team is now facing a Philadelphia Eagles defense that has struggled against the pass this season. The 23-year-old receiver has been targeted 35 times through four games and has built a strong connection with Matthew Stafford. Atwell should still be rostered in all leagues and considered a low-end WR3/flex play in Week 5.
Oct 7, 2023 3:45 AM EST
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell finally came back down to earth in the team's Week 4 win against the Indianapolis Colts. The 23-year-old out of Louisville did have nine targets for the third straight game but caught just five of them for 24 yards. Matthew Stafford continued to go his way and has shown trust in Atwell down the field. Despite having his worst performance through the first four games of the season, Atwell is a viable WR3/flex play in the team's Week 5 matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Oct 1, 2023 8:37 PM EST
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell has established himself as a go-to target for Matthew Stafford early on. The speedy receiver out of Louisville has caught 17 of his 26 targets for 246 receiving yards and is the overall WR11 through the first three weeks of the season. Atwell faces a struggling Indianapolis Colts' secondary this week and has a great opportunity to continue this level of playing. He is a strong WR2 option and has a moderately safe floor in Week 4.
Sep 30, 2023 6:03 AM EST
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell caught five of his nine targets for 50 yards and a touchdown in Monday's loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. The third-year player added 22 more yards on the ground on a reverse which was initially ruled a touchdown until the video review showed that he was out of bounds at the Bengals' two-yard line. He finally connected with quarterback Matthew Stafford for a score with little more than a minute remaining in the game. Atwell is averaging almost nine targets per game and is thriving in the shadow of the rookie phenom Puka Nacua. In Week 4, the Rams play the Indianapolis Colts, who allowed a touchdown to two different wide receivers in each of their first two games this season. Atwell can put up WR3 numbers against a generous opponent and should be started in Week 4.
Sep 26, 2023 3:35 AM EST
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell has proved to be a reliable target for Matthew Stafford in two straight games. The speedy receiver out of Louisville has caught 13 of his 17 targets for 196 yards through the first two weeks of the season. Atwell looks to be a critical part of this pass-heavy offense and will continue to build chemistry with Stafford as the season progresses. The 23-year-old is a solid flex play in the team's Week 3 matchup against the 0-2 Cincinnati Bengals.
Sep 23, 2023 8:59 PM EST
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell was the second-leading receiver for the team in their 30-23 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Atwell caught seven of his nine targets for 77 yards and took one carry for five yards. The 23-year-old receiver has solidified himself as the team's No. 2 receiver with Cooper Kupp out, as he's scored over 15 PPR points in each of the first two games. Atwell is a low-end WR3 as long as Kupp is out and is on the flex radar against the Bengals in Week 3.
Sep 18, 2023 2:44 PM EST
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell had his most productive NFL game to date in the team's Week 1 win against the Seattle Seahawks. The 23-year-old caught six of his eight targets for 119 yards, including a 44-yard deep ball that was underthrown and could have been a touchdown, putting up 19.9 PPR points. Atwell showed what he did in college and why the Rams selected him in the second round of the 2021 draft. The Rams have a brutal matchup in Week 2 against a San Francisco 49ers defense that ranks fourth in total DVOA and allowed just seven points to the Steelers in last Sunday's win. The Louisville product should be rostered in all fantasy leagues, but with the tough matchup, he is a low-end WR4 option for Week 2.
Sep 16, 2023 6:37 AM EST
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell did his best Cooper Kupp (hamstring) impression in the surprising 30-13 beatdown of the Seattle Seahawks in Week 1 on Sunday on the road. Atwell finished the regular season opener with six receptions on eight targets for 119 yards, which tied for the team-high with rookie Puka Nacua. Quarterback Matthew Stafford targeted Atwell and Nacua a combined 23 times, with Van Jefferson seeing just five targets against Seattle. It would be surprising to see both Atwell and Nacua have this kind of success again in Week 2 against one of the toughest defenses in the league in the San Francisco 49ers, but fantasy managers need to take notice and consider adding both pass-catchers for depth at the position now that we know Kupp will be out at least through Week 4.
Sep 11, 2023 11:30 AM EST
Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Tutu Atwell is just 23 years old and entering his third season in the NFL. After getting virtually no playing time in his rookie season, Atwell ended this past season with an actual starting role in the offense. Considering Cooper Kupp (hamstring) is out, this team needs some playmaking, and he has shown that he can provide this. The Louisville product will look to display his explosiveness and speed in the team's opener against the Seattle Seahawks. Despite Kupp being ruled out, Atwell is a dart throw at best in most leagues for Week 1.
Sep 9, 2023 10:57 AM EST
With Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp (hamstring) ruled out for Week 1 against the Seattle Seahawks, Tutu Atwell and Puka Nacua become the team's Nos. 2 and three wideouts. Depth receiver Ben Skowronek would likely have played more on special teams this year than in the offense, but if Kupp misses more time, he could step in and has knowledge of each receiving position as well. The Rams also have veteran Demarcus Robinson. Van Jefferson is taking over the No. 1 role with Kupp out this Sunday. Atwell and Nacua become a bit more interesting as waiver-wire pickups before the season kicks off in much deeper fantasy leagues, especially since Kupp is a candidate to go on Injured Reserve.
