Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry hasn't finished in RB1 territory in half-PPR leagues since Week 1 against the Buffalo Bills. The ground game has struggled mightily, especially while Lamar Jackson (hamstring) has been sidelined, due to playing major catch-up as the defense gives up the most points in the league. In Week 8, Jackson may return, but one of the bigger returning names for the run game is Patrick Ricard. The big fullback has been a huge help with both run blocking and pass protection, and has registered multiple seasons with grades of 80 or above in run blocking. With his return and if Jackson can play, that sets up Henry to return to his ceiling. As of right now, he's projected to be a low-end RB1 in his first game since the bye.

Tennessee Titans running back Tony Pollard has struggled to find much success on the ground over the last few weeks. Last week, Pollard rushed a season-low six times for 18 yards in the loss to the New England Patriots. The 28-year-old was able to salvage his fantasy value by hauling in six receptions for an additional 43 yards through the air. The biggest problem Pollard is going to face now is that he'll split up the carries with Tyjae Spears in the backfield. Pollard has seen his carries decrease every game since Week 5. Luckily, Pollard has been able to find some success in the receiving game. He'll likely be asked to continue being utilized in that role with top wide receiver Calvin Ridley (hamstring) out again in Week 8. Given his recent performances, Pollard shouldn't be viewed as again more than a flex option against the Indianapolis Colts this weekend.
