Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith caught seven of nine targets for 78 yards during the team's 34-31 overtime win over the Washington Commanders. The 24-year-old has been much quieter over the past few weeks compared to his hot two-game start. However, Smith's target share rose to nine this week, his second most of the season, as the Eagles needed to play up-tempo and pass often with an underwhelming performance from their defense. The 78 yards were the second-most the third-year receiver has posted through four games. Smith will continue to be a solid WR2 option for fantasy managers, even against a better-than-advertised Los Angeles Rams defense next week.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Kadarius Toney (toe) was limited in practice all week but was removed from the final Week 4 injury report on Friday and will play on Sunday night in New York against the Jets. Toney was also questionable for Week 3 against the Chicago Bears but played in the blowout win, seeing just three percent of the offensive snaps. The 24-year-old pass-catcher is always dealing with some sort of injury and has barely been a part of KC's offense through three weeks, catching seven of his 11 targets for just 35 yards. He's been dropped in a lot of fantasy leagues to open the year. Although he could see his role expand as the season progresses, there's nothing to indicate that is going to happen anytime soon for Toney.
