Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith has tallied at least nine targets and over 80 receiving yards in three of his last four games as he heads into Monday Night Football versus the Packers this week. Smith has actually garnered more receiving yards and receptions than fellow star WR A.J. Brown this season, even without counting the one game Smith played in that Brown missed. However, to illustrate his boom-or-bust nature, taking away his two best outings this season plummets Smith's yards per game from 73.5 to 48.5. Green Bay is in the middle of the pack, giving up the 16th-most fantasy points to WRs this year, so it comes down to a matter of what version of DeVonta Smith managers will see in Week 10. His recent play has been enough to warrant him a WR2 spot for now.

Atlanta Falcons running back Tyler Allgeier was a non-factor last week after the Falcons got down early, recording just two rushes for six yards. The 25-year-old now has 11 rushes for 30 yards and one touchdown in the team's last four losses, compared to 42 rushes for 159 yards and three touchdowns in their three wins. Unless the Falcons can keep Week 10's matchup close, Allgeier could be an afterthought again. Atlanta is a 6.5-point underdog versus the Colts in Germany on Sunday, and with the fourth-year pro having basically no involvement in the passing game, he's a touchdown-dependent RB4/Flex play this week with very little upside and a near-zero floor.
Still trying to decide between Smith and Allgeier? Check on the latest news to make sure both players are active and healthy. Our PPR projections show that DeVonta Smith is projected to score 17.6 points this week while Tyler Allgeier is projected to score 4.6 points.
