Carolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Chark Jr. is coming off a three-catch, 34-yard outing in a Week 12 loss to the Tennessee Titans. He will look to post a big game in Week 13 against a Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense that is allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts this year. Chark has shown a nose for the end zone with three touchdowns in nine games for Carolina, good for the second-most TD catches on the team behind Adam Thielen. That being said, Chark hasn't been involved enough in the offense to trust as anything more than a touchdown-or-bust flex option in fantasy this weekend.

Washington Commanders wide receiver Jahan Dotson caught two of his five targets for 23 yards in the team's 45-15 blowout loss to the Miami Dolphins. The Commanders, unsurprisingly, fell behind quickly to one of the best offenses in the league. Instead of throwing to try and catch up, Ron Rivera stayed committed to the running game. Sam Howell only ended up throwing 23 passes, completing 12 of them. The Commanders take their bye in Week 14 (the final bye week of the season). Dotson has been a disappointment for the majority of the season and does not need to be rostered through the bye in standard-sized leagues. The Rams, Jets, and 49ers are on the schedule when they return to play.
