Who Should I Start? D.J. Moore or Anthony Richardson

Chicago Bears wide receiver DJ Moore continues to impress with his large target share, and he should remain a must-start fantasy option heading into Thursday Night Football against the Seattle Seahawks. Moore has been one of Caleb Williams' favorite targets, averaging 7.2 catches per game over the last six weeks. He has scored double-digit fantasy points (PPR) in each of those six games, ranking as the overall WR12 in fantasy football during that window. While he loses a significant amount of his touchdown opportunities to Keenan Allen, Moore has shown that he can sustain high-end WR2 production even if he's not finding the end zone on a routine basis. This week, Moore continues to rank as a fringe top-12 fantasy receiver against the Seahawks, who have allowed the fourth-most touchdowns and 12th-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers in 2024.

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson was responsible for two touchdowns in Sunday's 38-30 win over the Titans, rushing for one and throwing for another in the contest. The 22-year-old was asked to throw just 11 times with Jonathan Taylor running wild for 218 yards on the Tennessee defense. As a result, Richardson was able to complete over 50% of his passes for just the second time this season, going 7-for-11 for 131 yards and a 1:1 TD:INT. Taylor wasn't the only one to see success on the ground, as Richardson rushed nine times for 70 yards as well. Week 17 brings another favorable matchup for the former first-round draft pick, with the Colts taking on the Giants. Indy is still alive in the AFC playoff race, so look for a similar game plan next week where the second-year pro likely doesn't offer much production through the air but provides a decent floor with his legs as the Colts try to stay in contention, leaving him as a volatile QB2 next Sunday.
