D.J. Moore Not Practicing Wednesday

Wednesday, November 12, 4:14 PM

Chicago Bears wide receiver D.J. Moore (shoulder) did not participate in Wednesday's practice session. Moore left the game early on Sunday due to the injury, but was able to return later. The 28-year-old was coming off his best game of the season in Week 9 against the Bengals, catching four of six targets for 72 yards with a 17-yard rushing touchdown and throwing a two-yard touchdown, but did not record a catch on four targets in Chicago's Week 10 win over the Giants. It's just the second game of Moore's career in which he failed to record a reception when drawing at least one target. Moore has been on the injury report for the past few weeks, managing groin and hip injuries, and has typically sat out of practice to open the week. His status will continue to be monitored throughout the week.

Christian Watson Continues to Demonstrate Explosive Upside

Tuesday, November 11, 11:18 AM

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Christian Watson had an underwhelming game in his team's Week 10 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, recording two catches for 45 yards on four targets. Still, Watson's fantasy outlook could be trending upwards coming out of the game, as Packers wideout Romeo Doubs (chest) was forced to exit Week 10 early due to a chest injury. In three games since returning from a knee injury that delayed his start to the season, Watson has recorded eight catches for 188 yards on 12 targets. Watson is averaging 23.5 yards per reception, which demonstrates his big-play ability. If Watson can earn a few more targets going forward, he could be in line for some explosive weeks. Additionally, the Packers have a much easier matchup in Week 11 against the New York Giants. In fantasy leagues with 12 or more teams where he remains available, Watson should be a waiver-wire target.
