Evan Engram A Dependable TE1 Heading into Falcons Matchup

Friday, September 29, 5:21 PM

Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Evan Engram looks to continue his consistent season against Atlanta on Sunday. Engram sits at No. 3 among tight ends in receiving yards and targets, reaching at least five catches and 49 yards in each game thus far. He has been the most consistent producer in a middling Jaguar offense, giving fantasy managers a solid floor to work with. The Falcons were also just shredded by rookie tight-end Sam LaPorta last week, suggesting that Engram could get his first touchdown of '23. Play Engram with confidence against ATL.

Gerald Everett News

Gerald Everett Will Play Against Raiders

Friday, September 29, 6:38 PM

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Gerald Everett (illness) returned to practice on Friday after missing Thursday's session with an illness. The 29-year-old tight end missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday but getting a full session in on Friday should make him ready to go for Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. So far, Donald Parham Jr. has been the preferred red zone tight end for quarterback Justin Herbert as he's already hauled in three touchdown passes to Everett's zero. However, with wide receiver Mike Williams (knee) out for the season, Everett could move up the receiving pecking order. He has some streaming appeal in a plus matchup against the leaky Raiders defense.
