New Orleans Saints tight end Foster Moreau (knee) is officially active on Sunday and will make his 2025 season debut in Week 5 against the visiting New York Giants, according to Matthew Paras of The New Orleans Times-Picayune. Both Moreau and quarterback/tight end Taysom Hill (knee) are making their season debuts this weekend after they suffered torn ACLs last year. Juwan Johnson has been heavily involved through the first four weeks with Hill and Moreau sidelined, and he should continue to be a big part of their passing attack. The 28-year-old Moreau tore his ACL in Week 18 last year. He should be the TE3 in New Orleans now that he's healthy, which makes him one to avoid in all leagues. Last year, Moreau caught 32 passes for 413 yards and five touchdowns in 17 games.

Chicago Bears tight end Cole Kmet (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's Week 9 contest against the Cincinnati Bengals. He had initially been listed as questionable and entered concussion protocol before being downgraded to out. He finishes Sunday's game with just one catch for 10 yards. Kmet missed last week with a back injury, so it's safe to say the injury bug hasn't been doing him any favors lately. Colston Loveland will step up as the Bears' primary tight end in his absence. Kmet could be at risk of missing next Sunday's Week 10 clash with the New York Giants if he doesn't clear concussion protocol within seven days.
