Seattle Seahawks running back George Holani has made the team's roster and will open the season as the third option on the depth chart, according to Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic. Holani turned heads this preseason by rushing for 110 yards and one touchdown on 12 attempts. He's also a candidate to return kicks during the regular season. Holani beat out Damien Martinez, a seventh-round rookie from the University of Miami. Kenneth Walker III's injury history could give Holani more fantasy intrigue, but he's still not worth rostering in most redraft leagues.

Cleveland Browns running back Dylan Sampson has shown skills in the passing attack this season, most recently hauling in five of his six targets for 29 yards in a Week 8 loss to the New England Patriots. Sampson will now take on the New York Jets on the road in Week 10 after enjoying his bye in Week 9. The Jets have struggled against the run this season, allowing the eighth-most fantasy points per game to running backs thus far. That being said, Sampson is tough to trust in fantasy as the Browns have been relying heavily on Quinshon Judkins in the rushing attack. Sampson will need to do his damage in the passing game to return fantasy value, something that is not a given in a game where the Browns are two-point road favorites against New York.
