Isaiah Hodgins News

Giants Re-Sign Isaiah Hodgins to One-Year Deal

Monday, March 9, 4:47 PM

The New York Giants re-signed wide receiver Isaiah Hodgins on Monday to an undisclosed one-year deal, a source told Jordan Schultz of FOX Sports. Hodgins began last season on the Pittsburgh Steelers' practice squad before eventually being signed to the Giants' active roster in November. The 27-year-old former sixth-round pick by the Buffalo Bills in 2020 out of Oregon State caught just 10 of his 19 targets for 115 yards and one touchdown in seven games (five starts) for the G-Men in 2025. At best, he'll most likely be competing for the WR3 role in New York now that Wan'Dale Robinson has left in free agency. And with new tight end Isaiah Likely in town, Hodgins could be the fourth or fifth option for young quarterback Jaxson Dart in the passing game. In his five years in the NFL, Hodgins has only 70 catches for 749 yards and eight touchdowns in 38 games played (19 starts) for the Giants and Bills.

Kyle Williams News

Kyle Williams at the Bottom of Patriots Depth Chart

Monday, July 27, 8:13 AM

New England Patriots wide receiver Kyle Williams currently looks like the team's WR7, behind A.J. Brown, Kayshon Boutte, Romeo Doubs, Mack Hollins, DeMario Douglas, and Efton Chishm III, according to Andrew Callahan of the Boston Herald. Williams was running with the second- and third-team offense during Monday's training camp practice. The 23-year-old former third-rounder in 2025 out of Washington State barely contributed in his first NFL season, catching 10 of 21 targets for 209 yards and three touchdowns in 17 regular-season games (zero starts), although he did flash some big-play ability deep down the field and averaged 20.9 yards per catch. It's still early in training camp, but fantasy managers in dynasty/keeper leagues who are stashing Williams heading into his second NFL season can't like what they are hearing. If he's in danger of not making the active 53-man roster near the end of camp, the Patriots could consider trading him to a WR-needy team.
