New York Giants wide receiver Isaiah Hodgins scored a touchdown in Week 2 but that opportunity will be tougher to come by on Thursday Night Football against San Francisco. The 24-year-old only has eight targets through two games in 2023, converting five of those for 64 yards. The Giants' offense may struggle to move the ball down the field against a stingy San Francisco defense, especially with running back Saquon Barkley (ankle) sitting out. Hodgins is better off on the waiver wire in standard-sized fantasy football leagues.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Quez Watkins (hamstring) suffered a hamstring injury in the Thursday night game against the Minnesota Vikings and was ruled out for the rest of the game. Watkins was hurt in the first half and was seen jogging on the sidelines, but the Eagles opted to hold him out for the remainder of the contest early in the year. The 25-year-old wasn't targeted at all before getting injured and had just two receptions for 17 yards in the Week 1 win over the New England Patriots, so he's clearly off the fantasy radar for the time being. If Watkins is unable to play in Week 3 against the Los Angeles Chargers, Olamide Zaccheaus will have a bigger role in the slot for the Eagles as they look to go 3-0.
