Jamaal Williams Slated To Work In Behind Kamara

Friday, November 3, 10:36 AM

New Orleans Saints running back Jamaal Williams has played a secondary role to Alvin Kamara since returning from the IR in Week 7, as he has averaged just six touches a game. That role should not change in Week 9, and Williams remains a handcuff option for Kamara. In truly desperate situations, he can be fired up as a touchdown-dependent flex option due to the run-funnel nature of the Bears' defense and the potential of this game getting out of hand. Williams is a very risky play, given that he likely won't see significant enough volume to warrant a productive fantasy game.

Kenneth Walker III Listed As Doubtful For Thursday

Wednesday, November 29, 4:27 PM

Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III (oblique) is listed as doubtful to play in Week 13 on Thursday Night Football against the Dallas Cowboys. Walker is set to miss his second straight game after suffering a moderate oblique strain in the Week 11. The 23-year-old hasn't practiced since, but he should have a better shot at playing in the Week 13 rematch against the San Francisco 49ers after a mini-bye. With Walker out again this week, rookie Zach Charbonnet will serve as Seattle's lead back again. In last Thursday's loss to the 49ers, the rookie had 14 carries for 47 yards and caught all four of his targets for 11 yards in the passing game. DeeJay Dallas and Kenny McIntosh will back him up in another tough matchup against Dallas on the road.
