In two games this season, Winston has completed 51% of his passes for 229 yards, with no touchdowns and one interception, averaging under five fantasy points per game. Through three games, the Giants' offense under Matt Nagy ranks 28th in pass attempts and 30th in pass rate over expected. Whether it's due to Winston's accuracy struggles or the way they want to run the offense, the former first-overall pick may not have enough upside to be relevant in all leagues this season. While the Arizona Cardinals have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season, Winston is a low-end QB3 in Week 4.

It was an underwhelming set of circumstances for fantasy managers who started Wentz this week, but he ultimately helped the Vikings win a second straight game to start the season. He's likely headed back to the sideline, as starter Kyler Murray (concussion) is reportedly on track to be ready for Week 3 at Tampa Bay.
