Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner will be good to go in Week 2 against the New York Giants as he does not carry an injury designation anymore. The 28-year-old was dealing with a calf issue this week but ultimately was able to feel good enough to shed the injury status altogether. As the main source of offense for this team, he'll likely be a low-end RB2 since he'll the see bulk of the opportunities in the backfield. His main limitation will be the offense playing from behind due to a lack of scoring ability.

Cleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb (knee) suffered a gruesome injury on Monday night in the team's 26-22 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Head coach Kevin Stefanski shortly announced after the game that Chubb would be out for the season with a knee injury. The road to recovery is a long one for the star running back, and he could undergo two separate knee surgeries, according to NFL Insider Josina Anderson. Anderson said there have been "initial discussions" of it, with the first surgery coming "within the next 7-10 days, and the second occurring several weeks after." Nothing has been confirmed yet.
