Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner (back) has been removed from the team's injury report and is set to play in Week 4 against the San Francisco 49ers. The veteran running back was limited in practice for most of the week with a back issue but he managed to get in a full practice to end the week and is in line for heavy usage against a tough 49ers defense. Conner has carried the ball 51 times for 266 yards and two scores to go along with seven catches (eight targets) for 26 yards through the air so far. He's a mid-level RB2 despite the difficult matchup on Sunday.

Dallas Cowboys running back Tony Pollard has been the overall fantasy RB4 so far this season and should have another productive game in Week 4 despite a tough matchup against the New England Patriots. New England has been excellent at stopping the running game this season, but Pollard usually has the touches and the talent to make it through any defense. His upside is a little capped this week, but he retains a solid floor and is an easy RB1 despite the difficult matchup.
