Washington Commanders wide receiver Jamison Crowder has been elevated to the active roster on Saturday. The veteran wideout signed with the Commanders practice squad earlier this week. He last played with the Buffalo Bills in 2022, but only played four games with the team. Despite that, Crowder has a solid track record and is worth the gamble for the Commanders. The expectation is that he'll be a depth option for the team, so he's unlikely to start in Week 1. For the moment, fantasy managers can ignore Crowder until he earns a legitimate role in the offense.

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver K.J. Hamler signed with the Colts' practice squad on Saturday. Hamler was waived by the Denver Broncos during camp with a non-football illness designation. He worked out for the Colts in early September and now finds himself a member of their practice squad. It's doubtful that he the 5'9" wideout will make any fantasy impact whatsoever this season.
