New York Giants rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart (concussion) has officially been ruled out for his team's Week 11 matchup against the Green Bay Packers, per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network. Dart suffered a concussion that forced him to exit early from his team's Week 10 loss to the Chicago Bears and has spent this week in the league's concussion protocol.
