Jayden Reed News
Friday, April 24, 2:05 PM
Wide receiver Jayden Reed and the Green Bay Packers agreed to a three-year contract extension on Friday worth $50.25 million in new money, including $20 million guaranteed, agents Drew Rosenhaus and Ian Grutman told Adam Schefter of ESPN. The 25-year-old former second-rounder (50th overall) in 2023 out of Michigan State had 119 receptions on 169 targets for 1,650 yards and 14 receiving touchdowns in 33 games in his first two NFL seasons for the Packers, adding three rushing touchdowns. Reed only played in seven games in 2025 due to injuries, though, and finished with a 19-207-1 line during the regular season. He's now locked in for several more seasons and will be a big part of Green Bay's offense in 2026 alongside Christian Watson and Matthew Golden. If healthy, Reed will have even more fantasy upside as a WR3/flex target with Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks out of town. Reed might not have the big-play abilities down the field like Watson and Golden, but he's more versatile and has proven to have a nose for the end zone in his first 40 NFL games.

Ladd McConkey News
Tuesday, May 5, 12:27 PM
After topping 80 catches and 1,100 receiving yards as a rookie in 2024, Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey turned in an underwhelming sophomore campaign in 2025. Across 16 games, the 24-year-old hauled in 66 receptions for 789 yards and six touchdowns on 106 targets. The Chargers will have a new play-caller in 2026 in former Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel, who could help McConkey rediscover his rookie-year magic. Former Chargers wideout Keenan Allen also remains unsigned, and his absence would likely allow McConkey to spend more time in the slot in 2026. Los Angeles does have other capable pass-catchers in wide receiver Quentin Johnston and tight end Oronde Gadsden, as well as 2025 second-round wideout Tre' Harris and 2026 fourth-round wideout Brenen Thompson. Still, McConkey has the highest upside of the bunch and should be the lead target-earner in McDaniel's revamped offense. In dynasty formats, McConkey could be a solid buy-low target entering 2026.
