Jaylen Warren a Solid RB2 on MNF

Saturday, December 13, 11:49 AM

Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren has found the end zone in three consecutive contests and will look to keep the streak alive in a Week 15 clash with the Miami Dolphins. Although the Dolphins' run defense was porous early in the season, it has turned things around as of late, holding opposing backs to just 3.8 yards per carry and the fewest fantasy points per game since Week 10. Furthermore, Miami hasn't given up a rushing or receiving touchdown to a running back since Week 8. Warren, while splitting touches with Kenneth Gainwell, is still Pittsburgh's primary ballcarrier and has seen an uptick in targets over the past two weeks. Cold temperatures and potential wind in Pittsburgh on Monday night could also influence the game script in his favor. He remains locked in as a fantasy RB2 despite the tough matchup.

De'Von Achane News

De'Von Achane Expected to Play Against the Steelers

Saturday, December 13, 5:32 PM

Miami Dolphins running back De'Von Achane (ribs) has been one of the best fantasy football running backs of the season, and the Dolphins and his fantasy owners can breathe a sigh of relief since it looks like he'll be available in Week 15's Monday Night Football matchup with the Steelers. Coach Mike McDaniel said Achane is expected to play after the star back was forced to leave last week's win over the Jets. Before leaving, Achane had seven carries for 92 yards and a touchdown while adding a 13-yard reception as well. McDaniel said that Achane could have returned if needed, so it makes sense that he won't miss any further time. Even though he's in a tough matchup against the Steelers, Achane is a must-start, top-tier running back in Week 15. He already has 1,126 rushing yards and 383 receiving yards in his 13 games this year, along with a total of 11 touchdowns. He's the No. 4 RB in RotoBaller's Week 15 rankings, and he should be started in all formats since he is trending in the right direction for Monday.
